Our Story
From Passion to Purpose: Rebuilding Capacity, Resilience, and Confidence for Every Athlete
Forged Physical Therapy and Performance was born from a simple passion: delivering patient-centered care without the restrictions of insurance and to offer a full range of rehab and performance services, built for athletes and active adults who refuse to be sidelined. Too often, treatment is limited by reimbursement guidelines, and therapists juggle multiple patients at once, leaving little room for personalized attention or focus on your unique goals, especially for those with high-performance goals.
At Forged Physical Therapy and Performance, we do things differently. Every session is 1-on-1 and fully tailored to your goals, your sport, and your lifestyle. We combine hands-on assessment, movement analysis, and progressive, function-based programming to help you rebuild stronger, recover smarter, and become truly unbreakable.
Whether you’re coming back from an injury, looking to prevent setbacks, or striving to maximize performance, our mission is simple: empower you with the guidance, tools, and confidence to move at your best — every session, every day.
Your body. Your training. Your comeback. That’s the FPTP difference.
